JGMS Community Involvement
Giving back to the community is one of the greatest qualities that JGMS employees take pride in. Each year five percent of corporate profits are donated to charitable/non-profit organizations within the communities. Jerome Gonzales is a strong believer in servant leadership and allows all employees within JGMS paid time-off to contribute to a charity of their choice. JGMS feels that one way to live out the quality of servant leadership is through consistent and dedicated focus towards positive community contribution, something which distinguishes JGMS from many other businesses.
