JGMS develops and implements short and long-term strategic and operational objectives using established processes, management systems, and engineering methodologies. Working closely with the customer, scope, schedule, and cost are determined and subsequently managed throughout the life cycle of the project which includes: initiating, planning, executing, controlling and project close-out. Additional PM activities involve needs and resource assessments, budget and technical analyses, and work process development.
