Implementing a systematic failure elimination approach to project activities provides a desired workforce behavior model that leads to zero incidents. Individual employees have access and are encouraged to share their ideas for improvement as well as participate in individual development programs and are tied to their performance plans and appraisals. We keep an open door policy to employee questions and input, rewarding both positive feedback and identification of challenges.
