JGMS develops and implements short- and long-term strategic and operational objectives using established management systems, and engineering methodologies. Working closely with the customer, scope, schedule, and cost are determined and subsequently managed throughout the life cycle of the project which includes: initiation, planning, execution, controlling and project close-out. Additional project management activities involve needs and resource assessments, budget and technical analyses, and work process development.

Invaluable Experience

National Guard Bureau (NGB) & Army National Guard (ARNG)   Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)

JGMS provides technical support to the NGB Installations Division, Facilities Management Office, and Army National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Offices in the 54 States and Territories. Services include: planning and programming document development (DD Forms 1390/91), design progress submittal review, architect-engineer selection, process improvement, project management, training, and facilities and construction management.

 

JGMS provided assessment and long-range planning services to LLNL for a site-wide building fire and emergency voice/alarm master plan. This included short- and long-range forecasts (5-,10-, and 20-year outlooks).
