(JGMS) was founded in August of 2001 based on the dream of company president, Jerome Gonzales, to create a small business that uses engineering methodologies to provide operational and technical support to clients in the areas of performance management, program and project management, and engineering services.

As a rapidly growing 8(a) certified business by the U.S. Small Business Administration, JGMS has become a multifaceted company offering total solutions for facility planning and operations needs. Our capabilities include: Facility Condition Assessments, Program and Project Management, Engineering Design and Analysis, and Construction Management services.
