Defined as “The activity of protecting and being responsible for something,” this Cardinal Point underscores our focus on the responsibility for personal, business, and community development through the use of community service and professional development hours. We understand our individual actions affect the performance of JGMS. Reflected as both a value and a practice, five percent of JGMS profits are donated to charitable/non-profit organizations within the community. Jerome Gonzales is a strong believer in servant leadership and allows all employees within JGMS paid time-off to contribute to a charity of their choice. JGMS feels that one way to live out the quality of servant leadership is through consistent and dedicated focus towards positive community contribution, something which distinguishes JGMS from many other businesses.
