OUR COMPANY CULTURE
OUR PEOPLE
The heart and soul of our organization
-
Founder + CEO
As the founder and CEO of JGMS, I strive to set the strategic direction of the company to provide quality services and expertise to the federal government. I started JGMS in 2001 after working for the Department of Energy in Albuquerque, NM and Grand Junction, CO. Prior to the DOE, I was a mechanical design engineer working for engineering firms in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM.
I am focused on impacting the communities in which we live and work and find great joy in working with kids through coaching and mentoring.
I hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management.
-
Chief Financial Officer
After graduating with a Master of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University, I worked as a Transition Controller in the hospitality industry. I joined JGMS in 2008, where I have served as Controller, Business Operations Director, and finally Chief Financial Officer. At JGMS, we truly are a family. When I look back, I am proud of the fact that we have always remained true to who we are and rooted in our value system.
-
Chief Administrative Officer
I joined the JGMS team in 2019 supporting a major client in the Department of Energy. Through years of Operations and Human Resource Management, I have developed a passion for leading teams and providing exceptional customer service. Building relationships within JGMS and with our customers is a major part of what I do and why I’ve felt at home here. As an organization, we are rooted in community and building lasting relationships and I look forward to upholding that commitment well into the future.

VP, Strategy + Development
With more than 35 years of federal facility design and construction program and project management, I serve as the JGMS Vice President of Strategy and Development. I am a registered professional engineer, a certified government financial manager, and former member of the acquisition professional community. I hold a Doctorate in Engineering Management, Masters in Engineering (Geotechnical) and in National Security and Strategy, and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering. I truly believe the people and culture of JGMS have made it what it is today, a great place to work and something we can be proud of. We are all exceptionally talented and bring unique perspectives to our projects, all the while preserving a company culture that promotes one another.

If you focus on profits above all else, you are building your business on a house of cards. If instead you build your foundation on quality people, quality products and an organizational culture that nurtures these, the natural output of this will be both financially and personally rewarding. - Jeni Brown | CFO

Employee Spotlight
Hi, Danielle Crouch!
For more than 12 years, Danielle Crouch has built her career with JGMS, growing from an Asset Management Technician into a Director overseeing facility condition assessment and facility data management contracts.
Thanks for all you do, Danielle!
I started as an asset management technician and have moved through several positions—environmental technician, assistant project manager, project manager—and now I am in a Director role overseeing mostly facility condition assessment and facility data management contracts.
Danielle Crouch | Director
Danielle’s journey with JGMS began supporting Kirtland Air Force Base’s Civil Engineering Division Base Maintenance Contract. Over the years, she has taken on progressively greater technical and leadership responsibilities, developing extensive experience in asset management, facility condition assessment, facility data management, environmental compliance, and project management.
Her commitment to service extends beyond JGMS. Danielle is also a Technical Sergeant in the New Mexico Air National Guard, where she has served for nine years as a heavy equipment operator.
Danielle lives in Española, New Mexico, with her husband, Justin, and their one-year-old daughter, April. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and watching rugby and mixed martial arts. Tahiti tops her travel bucket list, and if she could instantly master one new skill, she would choose Spanish so she could communicate more freely with friends, family, and members of her community.
What motivates Danielle? The thought of someone telling her she can’t do something. That determination has helped take her from an entry-level asset management position to a leadership role at JGMS—and continues to drive her toward the next challenge.
