Our NA-20 contract in Albuquerque, NM supports the Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation (DNN) Office of Projects and Acquisition (OPA). Each team member provides a variety of resources for program, acquisition management, and administrative support to OPA engineers, scientists, and the Office of Acquisition Management (APM).

The Enterprise Project Management Office serves as National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) principal project management advisor that develops and deploys project management policies, processes, and procedures throughout NNSA. Our team manages various web based platforms, maintaining PM process and procedure files, and web-enabled collaboration tools.

The Los Alamos Field Office (NA-LA-BCM) contract provides professional support for SharePoint administration, Field Office Systems administration and management, Site Integrated Assessment Plan management, and Contracting Action Tracking and Trending. We recently added scope to include Safeguards and Security and Pit Production support.

For the National Guard Bureau (NGB), our team updated engineering drawings, conducted investigations, and developed statements of work and cost estimates. We provided technical guidance for independent design review, Military Construction (MILCON) project design and construction activities, master planning, programming charrettes, process improvements, and facilitated in the acquisition process of selecting A-E firms.

I joined JGMS in August 2017 after retiring from a 28-year career in manufacturing for a global automotive component supplier. The world of production lines and manufacturing is very different from providing Professional Administrative, Engineering, and Project Management services to government agencies. However, the professionalism and dedication that JGMS employees demonstrate on a daily basis is what makes us a world class supplier.
