Nevada HAND
Nevada HAND (Housing and Neighborhood Development) is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals and families through high-quality affordable housing and supportive services. Since 1993, the organization has worked to create stable communities where working families, seniors, and individuals can build greater financial security and independence. Nevada HAND provides on-site education, health and wellness, financial stability and community engagement, helping residents build healthier and more secure lives.

Project Angel Heart
Project Angel Heart is a Denver, CO-based organization that believes food is medicine. For more than 30 years, it has prepared and delivered medically tailored meals at no cost to people living with serious illnesses such as cancer, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS, COPD, and heart failure. Meals are created by professional chefs and registered dietitians to meet each client’s specific medical and nutritional needs. Its work centers on dignity and independence by helping people heal and remain safely in their homes.

Has prepared and delivered more than 10 million meals
Plans to provide 815,000 medically-tailored meals to 5,200 Coloradans in 2026
Nearly 400 volunteers help prepare, package, and deliver meals each week
Volunteers drove more than 8,061 routes, for a total of nearly 98,613 miles to deliver meals to neighbors in need

A Wider Circle
Based in the Washington, D.C. area, A Wider Circle works to end poverty through a holistic approach that combines essential household support, workforce development, long-term family assistance, and neighborhood revitalization. The organization helps families create stable homes, build career skills, and access resources that support lasting financial independence. Its work is centered on dignity, opportunity, equity, community, and the belief that poverty is not inevitable when people have the right tools and support.
