JGMS 25 Days of Giving
For 25 years, JGMS has been dedicated to providing excellence in our industry and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Our 25th anniversary is a moment to reflect on our journey and reaffirm our commitment to our clients, employees, and communities.
To celebrate this milestone, JGMS is committing to a 25 Days of Giving initiative to extend our support to vital organizations making a meaningful impact. Each of the organizations receiving support were selected based on input from JGMSers! Thank you for sharing with us the causes and organizations that you are passionate about supporting and helping us to spread our donations to those in need.

Since its founding, giving back to the community has been a cornerstone of JGMS. Whether it is giving back through volunteer service or providing financial contributions, giving is a key part of our company culture and identity. Giving taps into the fundamental desire that we all have to be part of something bigger, to feel that our talents are valued, and that we are making a difference.
Through the intentional giving of our resources, we are able to enrich and empower others and ourselves. By promoting service-minded behaviors and recognizing Stewardship when we see it, we create a meaningful space for our employees to flourish and inspiration for them to grow their communities.

Over the course of 25 years, JGMS has had the privilege of partnering with an incredible array of organizations with important missions committed to building up our communities and supporting impactful causes and initiatives. During that time, JGMS has provided over $650,000 in financial contributions!
Highlighted below are the different causes and organizations that will receive a financial contribution throughout the 25 Days of Giving initiative. We aim to bring attention to the causes they support and connect employees to opportunities to get involved. In last year’s Leadership Reflections, Jerome stated, “We need to keep reminding each other that there really is enough to go around.
